What we can change quickly
- Broken official URLs, outdated regulator names, or incorrect SWIFT formatting when the correct value appears on the bank’s site or a regulator list.
- Clear factual errors in headquarters location, founding year, or country coverage when supported by the bank’s annual report or regulator register.
What we cannot adjudicate
We do not settle customer service disputes, adjudicate fee refunds, or change content based solely on anonymous allegations. We also do not remove truthful public information because a brand prefers different wording.
How to submit
Use the contact form and choose Data correction. Include the bank name, the page URL, the field that is wrong, and a link to an official source (bank website, regulator PDF, or stock exchange filing) that supports your correction.
We typically respond within two business days when enough detail is provided.
